I believe it wasn't until the second to last day she actually came in and made our beds and gave use clean towels. Apart from that the rooms were clean and the beds comfy, however the cleaner kept coming in everyday complained then walked out didn't actually do any cleaning and rarely brought us fresh towels. The bathroom was filthy, and the shower doors didn't close, the balcony had water leakage and we had to deal with a swarm of ants for our entire stay. All we got was four mugs and four glasses, there was no plates, cutlery, or cooking utensils, but that didn't matter as all we had was a fridge and a kettle, we payed for a specified service so you'd think you would have been given the equipment to do so. Making our way up the stairs to our room we saw odd bits which looked like kitchen parts were randomly dumped at the top, as we payed for self catering we expected the equipment to do so. The seating area by the bar was dim and water was dripping from the roof onto the area. As we then began to walk to our room which we were told was on the ground floor, we later found was two floors up, we noticed the pool area was not like the pictures, it was filthy, the pool water was so murky we then later got warned "there's broken glass on the pool bottom so to be aware". On arrival the front of the hotel was clean, reception was clean, staff were polite when checking us in, all well presented. He was very polite and reassured us these were old images and they had gone under a new renovation, he confirmed the pictures on the website were true and sent us other pictures of the sister hotel. We then inquired with a member of staff who helps run the hotel about these said images. We booked this hotel due to the images displayed, once booked we began to look at further images and found ones which were rather poor.
